Refund policy
We have a general NO REFUND policy, we will make exceptions but you must contact us at our email upon receipt to see what the reason for the refund is. We understand that a product may arrive an not be in the condition expected. Each item has clearly laid out descriptions and measurements of the shirt that you have ordered. Please feel free to reach out to rousselscustomfabrication@gmail.com with any questions about the merchandise before ordering and we will be happy to provide any answers to any questions before purchase.
NOTE: Please allow 2-4 weeks for fulfillment and delivery, possibly longer when going overseas. Each item is MADE TO ORDER in the United States. There will be NO CANCELLATIONS for orders already accepted and in progress.
If you are purchasing it for a special occasion/gift, Please allow plenty of time to have your order printed, completed and shipped. Once the order is in production, we cannot always guarantee that it can be stopped. For this reason there will be NO CANCELLATIONS of orders accepted and in progress.

To be eligible for a return after making contact with us, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rousselscustomfabrication@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
